William Biagio Amodeo 1914-1995

Bill was born on December 4, 1914 in Toronto, Ontario to Mariano & Maria (Cuccio) Amodeo.  He had  2 brothers--Frank (1913) and Jim (1916).

At the age of 30 he married Mary Margaret Flora Eva LaLonde, on October 15, 1945.  They had 2 sons--Paul (1948) and Bill (1952).

All his nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews loved 'Uncle Bill'.  He had such a happy outlook on life.  He always showed a real interest in what they were doing, and had such a joyful way about him that they all were happy to see him enter a room.  They never shied away from spending time with him.

He died on September 24, 1995 and was buried in Mount Hope Cemetery, Toronto in the same plot as his mother & father Mariano & Maria

Mary Margaret LaLonde 1918 - 2008

Margaret was born on June 18, 1918 in Blind River, Ontario to Henri Eugene & Dona (Brisebois) Lalonde. 

At the age of 27 she married William Biagio Amodeo, on October 15, 1945.  They had 2 sons--Paul (1948) and Bill (1952).

Most people who knew her and Bill knew he always referred to her as 'My Love' and that she always wore a necklace with those words around her neck.

She died on May 20, 2008 in Grimsby, Ontario and was buried in Mount Hope Cemetery, Toronto in the same plot as Bill's mother & father Mariano & Maria
